Canon expands its range of cameras XA, presenting three models of professional cameras that support recording in 4K UHD — XA55, and XA40 XA50.
Model XA55 and XA50 include 1-inch CMOS sensor wide dynamic range lens angle of 25.5—382,5 mm and 15-fold optical zoom. There’s 5-axis stabilization, and the technology AF Dual Pixel.
Infrared mode allows to shoot in the dark, there are two XLR input, and the model XA55 more and 3G-SDI.
XA40 is compact, the weight is 740 g. CMOS Sensor format 1/2,3 inch, 20x optical zoom with 5-axis image stabilization, also two XLR input.
All models use the image processor DIGIC DV6 and and handling HD data oversampled. There’s a 3-inch touchscreen display, two SD card slot and support for 4-channel audio recording.
