The Chinese company Xiaomi has demonstrated Super Charge Turbo fast charging with 100 watts. The video, which compares the prototype with this technology and device from OPPO, was published by head of sub-brand Redmi in social network Weibo.
The video shows how the smartphone supports Turbo Super Charge battery capacity of 4000 mAh can be charged in half in 7 minutes, and the remaining 50% for 10 minutes. It turns out that the device can be fully charged in just 17 minutes.
We will remind that today the leadership in a fast wired charging hold two smartphones: Huawei Mate 20 Pro (40 watts) and OPPO Find X (50 watts). Apparently, Xiaomi will overtake these devices this year.
What smartphones will receive this technology is unknown. Presumably, this will be the flagship of the Redmi, which earlier this year became a separate sub-brand.
