According to xda-developers, the Motorola brand, owned by Chinese Lenovo is preparing a new flagship, codenamed Odin. The device is on its early stage of development, so it stands until 2019.
The smartphone will receive the new Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 8150, which will replace the Snapdragon 845. In the tested sample uses 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory, the Android OS Pie.
It is unknown whether or not Odin support modules of previous generations, but it will be compatible with 5G Moto Mod submitted along with Moto Z3 allows to get the 5G network. The commercial network of the fifth generation must earn in the U.S. in 2019, thanks to Verizon, which actively cooperates Motorola.
The source of the resource reports that the company is working on software for processing data of a fingerprint scanner in the display, but the fact of the appearance of this technology in the tested flagship is not confirmed.
